Prescription Act - If my name is NOT cleared I will take further action!!!

<p>Dear SSD & Associates,</p> <p> </p> <p>As a South African Citizen with the full right to apply my legal rights of the Prescription Act as you would know as an authorized financial services and credit provider Reg No.*** (NCRCP415) that now being much more than 3 years of being harassed by SSD & Associates yet I do not acknowledge debt to be paid by me to your institution whatsoever.
