<p>I don't know were its written in South Africa that lawyers are given the power to terrorise, torture and drag there feet just because a customer made a late payment for a clothing account.i have been in contact with this SSD company with regards to a settlement letter and to my surprise between this two big companies Tfg and SSD they are unable to settle the issue for over a month. As for this ssd they are rude , useless and unhelpful and their communication s****s non existent. calling this people and hear another consultant starting their sentence with they or we told you or explained that we are busy resolving while it is clear that nothing is being done its traumatic. I suggest South African consumers should be warned of such companies like ssd before opening accounts! Because once you come into contact with them be sure your life will be on a stand still, they have no regard or even a little concern for customers non whatsoever.</p>
