Harassed to pay up but no Paid up letter

I have paid up the account they were harassing me with and now that it’s all paid up I need to harass them in getting my paid up letter for MTN , I have been calling and I was advised that I’ll get the paid up letter and for it to be updated on my credit score , I am so fed up with this company , everytime I call it’s a different storry
