Disgusted

End of Feb paid R150 in error to SSD account, I used to have an account with them and it was fully paid. I was asked to sent documents such as copy of my id and bank statement and proof of payment and was told to wait 30+ days for my money to be paid back, Till to date money still not paid when inquiring, was told to provide same documents and an agent told me now must wait 41 days...I feel they have the proof in front of them., they do not want to pay my money back....
