Terrible service and low quality work

Terrible service. Never going back there again. I did gelish and it came out 3 days later, went back and redid them and they came out once again after a few days. I kept calling the owner for 4 days for a refund and he told he I must come for a redo, the next day I call to confirm the time and he tells me I must pay R50, I refused because I cannot pay for his workers terrible work. I sent a WhatsApp and he’s response was extremely unprofessional. This isn’t not how you treat customers.
