Nails done poorly at beauty spa

I waited 4 and a half hours to get my nails done with an overlay.... The girls are so so so slow, my nails turned out HIDEOUS. I did gellish on my toes, they had bubbles and peeled off the next day... The girls don't get to take lunch they work from 08:00-22:00...the business owners are only interested in knowing if you've paid and not in knowing if you're satisfied... When I came back the next day to fix my nails I waited 3 hours to be attended to... The owner of the business refused to give me my money back and treated me like I was a burden, the service is beyond poor, the quality of work is very very bad, the business owners are only interested in your money
