Ssangyomg Alberton - Very Bad Service AGAIN

I took my vehicle for its 60 000km Service and requested the Brake pads be changed, as it was on the maintenance plan. On collection of vehicle I was informed by the service rep that the Pads do not need replacing yet and they will do it on the next service.<br> At 66 000km the brake pads are gone. I took the car in for the brakes and now the service rep says sorry the maintenance plan ran out on 60 000 so I need to pay. If they had done as I requested 6000km ago I would have save R4500. Now the dealer refuses to replace the brake pads.<br> <br> So they were again saving money by not doing it at 60 000 , making promises to the customer ( so violation od the consumer protection act) and now say the vehicle is over 60 000km so they need not do it.<br> <br> Why the Heck do we pay for maintenance plans.<br> <br> Frustrated..<br> <br>
