Pathetic service, excuses upon pay out

Pathetic service, unprofessional. I recently had a claim and on inception of the policy they assured us that we are fully covered and at the end gave us hassles and the run around as a result I have to now pay R50 000 from my own pocket pathetic, pathetic pathetic service! Will Never use them again!
