Friendly tow staff

I was assisted by Deon and his partner today (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately). They were sent by Outsurance Help@Out to assist me with a flat car battery. As the battery couldn’t be removed, they towed me to two different battery places and waited until I had been assisted before leaving me there. They were friendly and patient and careful.
