Inferior quality from SS PROFILING I bought 90 *7.6 m galvanized wide span roof sheets from SS PROFILING upon recommendation .The roof was erected within one week after delivery of the sheets. Three years later I started noticing rust on the entire roof in a specific pattern on each sheet.I contacted SS PROFILING and inquired. Very helpful they send a representative to me and he came and inspected and took photos and said that they would get back to me. I was informed later that it was because of chemicals in the air or fertilizer or something similar been sprayed in our area. VERY STRANGE AS THE OTHER GALVANIZED SHEETS FROM DIFFERENT SUPPLIER wasn't affected. I was also contacted by the owner and informed that it was possible the way I stored the sheets one on top of the other.WHY WAS'NT SHEETS THEN NOT RUSTED ON BOTH SIDES AND NOT ONLY ON THE OUTSIDE. I wanted these sheets replaced but the owner said this wasn't possible and that he was prepared to pay partially towards painting the roof.This roof covers an area of +- 450 square meters and had to be sanded first and the treated and only then painted.WHY SHOULD I CARRY ANY COST FOR AN INFERIOR PRODUCT SUPP**** IN THE FIRST PLACE. I have also contacted 2 separate galvanizing plants and informed them of the issue .Both rep**** with the same answer ,INCORRECT GALVANIZING PROCEDURE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ANY FURTHER. DO NOT BUY FROM SS PROFILING AT ALL.
