***** happens on my bank account

I received a notification that SS Medic has debited R225 from my Capitec account, and I didn't authorize it. I don't even know about those people or the contact details that I have for them. I would be glad if they could be stopped and a refund issued as soon as possible. This is ***** or daylight *******. Please assist me, I need this company to stop deducting from my account with immediate effect. thank you
