WHO THE HELL IS LEGAL COVER

I have two deductions from this company - R260 in May and R175 in June - phoned Colcol this morning and they advised that they only do the debit orders but were instructed to do so by Legal Cover, telephone ********** . I have been trying to get hold of them but telephone is busy the whole time. Who gives them the right to deduct money off my account and everyone elses. Need some assistance to get this sorted out otherwise I will need to close my bank account with my current banker as I am sure not going to be giving this money away every money. WHO THE HELL IS LEGAL COVER
