The company *****ed me made a debit order from Capitec Bank to SS-Legcov, without my confirmation

The company *****ed me made a debit order from Capitec Bank to SS-Legcov, without my confirmation. The amount that was deducted is R195 from 31 May 2021. It's been a while and they haven't get back to me instead of cancelling my Debit order from happening monthly if they say so because I don't have proof of the cancellation of the Debit order made by my Capitec Bank. Can I get help
