SS Legcov

SS-LegCov is really doing *****s with Capitec Banks, cause I just saw Last year complaint about SS-Legcov, and Capitec is not taking any initiatives to protect their customers and it's reputation because of this ********** company SS-LegCov.

This year last month in June 2021, same deduction of R197, took place on my Capitec bank account, without any confirmation from me. And then on the 10th of June, I visited Capitec to reverse such debit order and they said they can't reverse the debit order without any arrangements with the SS-LegCov, company. While Capitec know that this company doesn't exist and there's gonna be alot of customers approaching by **** sales person, like me. What does that mean??? I mean Capitec isn't the first time, experience same problem about this company and the Capitec customers. And the calls of that company is not responding for arrangements

Capitec Is not loyal to the customers anymore if such things happen and no initiatives are taken.

I want my money and also the debit order to be blocked. STOP DOING BUSINESSES FOR MONEY, PROTECT CUSTOMERS 1st
