This above company let my mother of 66 years sign a legal cover for R250 pm for 60 months and when i called the above number a lady was assisting me said she can see there is a stop order done today (29/04/24) and they dont do refunds i tried to connect my mother to the call and we got cut off.

i called again a very unprofessional guy answer and when i tell him the story of refund he drop the call in my ear.

My mother doesnot make desicion when it comes to finances I am the contact person. she said she never said yes or agrees to any of this nor did she see any person face to face to fill in a contract or any documents, also no calls was recorded in this matter.

Is this a ****, ARE THEY *****ING OLD PEOPLES MONEY. CAN someone a manager contact me asap.
