LEGCOV *****ing

Today the 25/09/2024 LEGCOV has debited my R280 from my account. I have never authorised nor receive any call regarding the debit order but they managed to get through my account and debit. Worse I can't even reverse the money. The Debi heck is undisputed. This is a ***** how come you take someone's money without his/her permission. How do we report this crime committed?
