Legal cover is a ****. I have never experienced such an appalling service. The consultants are rude and they refuse to refer to a manager. The one lady called Grace and a guy who called himself Andile Mdlulwa, even told me that it is lunchtime and all senior people are on lunch. They are deducting every single month but there can't help. Useless, Rude, and just appalling is just an understatement. I would never advise anyone to use them. I am off to the bank to cancel the debit order and I hope to never deal with such vulgar people ever in my life.
