Legal cover dishonest and rude people

The worst experience of my being. I know sales people lie to get clients but this was the worst AEDO ****. I was told they are swiping my card to check how much points i could qualify for, next thing a debit on my account.i did not sign any document nor give out my DOB. my details were taken from their card machine. When i sent an email, a consultant name phindile called me the lady got angry and very rude when i explained i did not authorize anything the sales lady phesisiwe assured me that no debit order will go through. The consultant told me what im telling her was impossible and i asked what how they train their people then she hung the fone up. Now they forcing that i authorized a debit order and they will not refund me
