Our cleaning lady was approached by Siphosethso from Legal Cover who told her that she qualifies for cover as a Capitec client and to let her know how much they needed to check her card. She innocently gave her card, and was then told that she could contact their office to sign up. Her account was then debited with R140. The agents DID NOT tell her that given her card meant giving permission for a debit order. The company website doesn't work and the agents that answer the phone are of no assistance. Any business who prays on innocent people who are struggling to get by like this should be shamed. I do not know how these people sleep at night, Disgusting.
