I'M PAYING FOR A CONTRACT I DON'T KNOW

On 28th of May 2020, I met some group of people wearing black and white... Claiming they are working for capitec. They looked promising as they were in a public place. (Mega City Mall at Umlazi).... They were stopping us saying they are checking if we qualify for Points, Points that will help us get some money from the bank.. Well I stopped and they asked for my bank card and my ID number they checked and said I'm qualifying... Then they swiped my card, asked me to put a pin.. And I did....

But I haven't received any money from the bank instead... I'm the one paying them every month, i did went to bank, they said they can't stop this debt order...

Please I need some help... I'm only a student I'm not even working... My money is being unfairly taken.
