******* Debits

I'm writing this post with absolute dissatisfaction,on the 28th of February R460 rand was debited from my account and to the best of my knowledge I have no tying or binding business with you.My attempt to reverse the debit order was unsuccessful from the bank and I was also notified that the account that debited from my account suspended right after debiting.

Now with that being said,I DEMAND that my money be returned Immediately on the basis of 1.I have no binding contract with you. 2.It is absolutely ******* for any institution or organisation to access my details without any written approval from me. 3.No Debicheck was authorized in this instance.

I DEMAND immediate and prompt response regarding this matter.
