I was approached by consultants near Rosebank College, declined their offer, and was told I'd receive a follow-up call. Without receiving the call, I discovered unauthorized transactions from my account on the 30th of February. The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. Despite assurances from the consultant that the issue would be resolved, the unauthorized transactions continued. I demand a full refund and cancellation of any contract.
