I need my money back that am ****med of

I was forceful joined legal wise by their employees who work on street convincing people and insurance and legal wise...they took my card placed it into one those registration machines and l was told l will be called if ever am interested to join or not then l understood because l was in rush hoping they will call me to explain nothing happened till l realized money withdrawn on 29 November on my account via a debit order l didn't approve of at all 280rands so l ran to capitec branch about the situation...they called the company the call center was rude and agreed to cancel the debit order ...but no funds where returned ....then on 2rd Dec they deducted money again on my account ...which means they didn't deactivate the debit order l didn't agree on ...now almost 560 rands l have lost it towards debit order l don't know and they are rude when u inform them the issue And worse the capitce isn't helpful at all
