Good day I have been trying to contact their call center all week regarding an unauthorized debit order of R280 that went off my bank account from Legal Cover. Their call center agents are unable to assist or resolve my complaint. These agants/consultants from Legal Cover are like vultures on the street targeting Capitec account holders and ****ming us by lying and saying that they only checking our bank cards to see if we qualify but won't be debited until we sign up. I did not authorize or agree to any debit order or **** policy with them. My SASSA grant is my only income and I find quite disturbing that thrse Agents are out there on the streets de*****ing us by using lies to sell Legal Cover products. I logged my complaint with them but they don't even have the decency to respond to the calls logged on their website. I need my money back and these people need to be stopped cos this is ***** and *******. Regards Ms Brown
