Dishonest

<p>On 04/05/2017 I was in Voortrekker rd Bellville,a gentleman by the name of Andile came to me and said,`Mam today could be your lucky day,we have a competition going,do you have a master or visa card,I took out my Absa savings mastercard,I told him before he swiped it,I hope you not taking money from my account. He swiped it and showed me the amount it zero. When I got home I went online and nothing was taking off. He also told me to sign the form on which I wrote my name,address and date of birth. He asked me to sign it and I said I`m not signing anything until I read the finescript. On 31/05/2017 they decucted R149.00 from my absa savings. When I called the number I got from the bank it was Altech Nu Pay,when I called them the gentleman said they do debit orders for a few companies and he gave me the 3rd party contact no. I called ********** but ccould not get through to them and it`s the same no on the copy Andile gave me which I did not sign for.</p> <p>I managed to get hold of Tatum on ********** Legal Cover and she said they cannot refund me my R149 as my card went into the machine but they can cancel the policy which I did not sign for or agree for anyway . I then called Altech Nu Pay again,spoke to Graham and he told me they had quite a few incidents like mine and Legal Cover is under investigation. Please help as I need the money back in my account with no further transactions as no consent was given.</p>
