BE AWARE OF A COMPANY CALLED LEGAL COVER. THEY BIG *****STERS.

I've never ever spoke to anyone from a company called Legal Cover and they are debiting R280 from my Capitec account since last year August. I don't know how did they get it right to debit money from my account because I didn't accept any mandate on my banking app. When I called them more then 6 times they say that they will contact me back but they don't and the 7th time I called a cell phone number and the guy said that I must send my ID number so that he can have a look what is going on and I did that and 3 weeks passed and still no response from them. They are very very big ****** please be aware of them. WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET IT RIGHT TO PROVE MY MANDATE? I'M THINKING THAT CAPITEC BANK IS WORKING WITH THEM.
