Unauthorized debits

I have an unknown debit that cannot be reversed or refunded from a company called SS legal I tried calling their offices but no answer. The answering machine says Legal n Med company that I don't know about. These people really think they can **** people's money by making these debit orders. I don't have any medical aid or legal advisors that I know of, and them making their way in our accounts is unacceptable. I can't find them here but hopefully someone out there would know which company they are.
