Ss legal cover complain

Ss legal cover deducted my money R 195 on 28th may without my permission,they recruiting people claiming they work under capitec and promised people that capitec will call to explain everything further and if u agree then meaning u joined but if u don't they will leave u,but nothing they just decided to debit my money.I went to capitec for my money to be reversed and to stop the debit but the debit can't be stopped,they gave me affidavit to take to police station which I did and they emailed and faxed my complain to SS legal cover.what I want is my money back and that debit to be stopped I don't need it.
