I want to cancel debit order

I have been ******* into making a debit, the people from ss legal said that I was gonna get a call from the company to verify if I wanted cover but I did not get a call and month end they took my money. now I can't use my bank account because if I deposit they will take my money. Now all want is to cancel the debit and if hopefully get my money back.
