Shoddy workmanship from SS Graphics Digital Printing

So, i tried to update a review that I posted in December of last year. But these shoddy companies, block reviews now! Well, we can get around that SSgraphics Digital Printing.

December 2017: Not impressed lately. Still awaiting them to PITCH up and redo shoddy wallpaper. Complaint lodged in October of 2016. Was told a that a reprint of one wallpaper is complete, but they fail to come out and do installation. Terrible quality materials used in the first place, cheap ****, which caused NUMEROUS call-outs for fix-ups. To the point that the fix-ups has caused wide gaps between wallpaper panels, which are EASILY noticeable. They don't even deserve the one-star. Not answering calls is also *****. Steven doesn't even bother calling to make amends. Clearly, Legal Recourse if my only way forward. Tsk, taken to court, because of wallpaper? You should be ashamed of yourselves...

UPDATE: Contacted an attorney to find out what I can do to hold Steven Smith accountable for shoddy workmanship, while paying 100% of the money. A Letter of Demand was sent. I just had to get a summons at Court, and have the Police issue it. Decided to contact these idiots again. Let me say, the amount of effort required to get hold of Steven and follow up with him constantly on work ALREADY PAID FOR, is beyond frustrating.

20 January 2018: The first of the two walls have been redone. With the proper Kalahari paper. I gave the same dimensions as when the job was installed in 2016. Lo and behold, the paper was printed about 10-15 centimeters TOO SHORT. Steven assured me he would return the next week with a strip that would mirror the end of the paper. He hasn't bothered to return.

16 June 2018: The day Steven's two co-workers arrived to FINALLY put up the strip of paper missing off my first wall, and to redo the second wall. The strip was printed TOO DARK compared to the paper already on the wall. First mistake! The other idiot co-worker, installs the paper in the second room and CUTS OFF THE EDGES about 5 centimeters SHORTER than the wall. Smart worker you have there Steven. When sending him a video on what was done, Steven's one comment was "He'll find out why they did that". That was last week. No follow-ups. No answers. I'm so sick of these *****. This redo of wallpaper, has been in the making for about 2 years now. These guys are terrible! Please do not hire them! Oh, and guess what, the second wall is already peeling! What a waste of your money. If I could give no stars, then that's what I'd do. They do not deserve the one star rating I'm forced to leave here.
