Stop the SS dvesity from robbing me

This company told me that they phone me before they deduct to confirm if l still want to continue with the insurance but without any notification they took my last cent l went to my bank to stop this ss dvesity they said they can't stop it from the bank l will have to speak to the insurance to council it please help me stop this dvesity company
