NedBank unable to help their customers from ****mers which they accept

This ****ming company ****med my mother her last money R349.00 while she does not even know what this company is all about and has never spoke to anyone or agreed to anything from these people. her dearest bank #Nedbank has accepted these people to log the debit order without her concern and are unable to help her reverse the money, what a shame on this Bank. why do you say people must put their money to the banks? for them to be ****med?
