Please help me out this company just debited R300 from my mothers account yesterday around 23:37,and she knows nothing about it,went to the bank they told us they cant reverse the money and when we calling their number no 1 is picking up the phone and at capitec they say its a **** so I dont know how are they not able to reverse the money cause its the 1st time this happens,and theres no way that my mother compromised her details as she's always home,she doesn't go to any shopping center or mall.Please help their number is *** my number *** Mpho
