Who is this????

My bank account was debited on 01DEC'15 the amount of R99.99, and I I had not idea who and what this is for. All it had on was CJ MARKETING.<br> Upon further investigation by ABSA bank, they informed me that this was through SOUTH AFRICAN PAYMENT EXCHANGE *** and could not assist me further and would need to call the number to find out and try get a refund. I phoned this number and I was told to phone ***.<br> I tried this number and it is not in service.<br> Anyone know who CJ MARKET ? and how do I get a refund and sort this matter out.<br> I find it very worrying that someone can debit my account without my consent!
