Unauthorized debits

SS Direct debited my account on 3 occasions. I cant find their contact details anywhere. They debit R99.99 just below the SMS notification threshold. I have no idea who they are and what they do. <br> <br> How can banks (including Reserve Bank) and PASA continue to allow this ************ people from *****ing money from unsuspecting clients? This is so Wrong!!!!
