Unatthorised Debit Order

I've noticed a debit order on my bank account today of R99.99 by SS Direct which I never authorised. When I called SS Direct they act as if it was a mistake they will investigate the matter and called me. Please be aware this is a *****, report to the police station. These SS Direct is ***, they are working with Stratcol Ltd.
