SSDirect taking money on my ABSA acc via Stratcol

Last month I noticed R99.99 being deducted from my account, I logged an inquiry with ABSA and while I waiting for a reply, I notice another R99.99 debit by the same company this month (29 May). I called the company and was asked if i bought anything from an agent via a phone call. Since I do not buy anything on the phone and I could not even be told what service I bought, I found this to be a ******** offense and can only wonder how many people are ripped by the same company out there. I am told to go do the reversal at the bank and to wait for my April refund in 5 days....this is not acceptable...I think the banks need to get a go ahead from their clients before any debit order is allowed to go through...
