ssdirect debiting me without my knowledge/authoriz

I just found out that SS Direct is debiting me without my knowledge / authorisation for R99.99. And Nedbank which is my bank wants me to pay R44 per debit order to cancel and they won't be able they can only reverse the payment after 24hours and they can only stop these debits for 3 months. I don't even know who is this SS Direct can somebody please assist.
