SS Direct debited my account for 3 days in a row

What is SS Direct? What Service do the provide? SS Direct has debited my account from the 22/05/15...23/05/15....24/05/15. All these debits are R99.99. I have no idea what this company is and cannot get a hold of them to find out what it is we agreed upon because I have never heared of them before they started debiting my account as they please and don't know how to stop them from paying their bonuses with my hard earned money.
