******* DEDUCTIONS FROM MY ACCOUNT

Good day, HelloPeter team,<br> Since June 2013 (I retired end January 2013 with limited income) to present month, this company has been deducting R99.99 from my bank account (in June 2013 R299.99) of which I have no knowledge of ever approving this nor do I know what this is all about. Having limited income I would definitely not enter into anything that I know is not beneficial to me. I went to my bank and a gentleman assisted me by phoning their (Nedbank) contact centre to find out who these people are. He spoke to a Nicole at SS Direct on 17 July 2014 who told him that she would send a request to trace these transactions. I have subsequently phoned them *** / ***) on numerous occasions and have spoken to the likes of Pretty and Lenah (Cindy is apparently the line manager) but to date I have had no joy. Please help as I want all this money paid back to me. I have extracted all the transactions from my bank account and can forward these to you if need be.<br> Thanks in anticipation for another great job you are going to do for me.
