R99.99 coming off my account eventually found a number to contact SS Direct *** Lady told me that I had agreed to take out Home and Benefit insurance as per Tele Sales which is not true. She then said that they would refund which has not happened.. Now they are unreachable. It is so wrong that a debit order can be created without ones consent and that the banks allow it..
