Harassed for payments already done.

I paid my discovery medical in Feb 2026 and sent my proof of payment and every month the call centre agents fone me n send msgs stating I'm in arrears.I got a msg from SSD stating it was resolved and got ref number to.I got in touch with my dispute at discovery only to be told it's resolved and case closed but I'm still harassed by SSD.Now I'm going to take this case further up with Icasa n going to sue this company as I'm tired of this company.
