Deducting money from salary without approval

SS Crupol loan company deducted money month-after-month from my salary without approval (this was a loan which the Director's sister (who is a work colleague of mine) app**** for on my name, without me signing or giving authority)! When I contacted Ms. Elizabeth Cronje she had an extremely bad attitude and said I must go and see my lawyer.
