BMW KEYLESS KEY DAY LIGHT *******

I am writing this email with a very sad heart, on the 22nd of August 2021 I lost my car keys and I couldn't find it, I then started to Google the nearest Locksmith around my location I then got hold of the guy by the name of Mr Mokoena the Owner of SRT LOCKSMITH to come and help me with a new key he then came the following day on the 23rd of August 2021and took out my computer box and left to do the key for my car he then came back same day around 5pm with a new key but the key didn't work properly on my car since my vehicle it's a keyless his key did not lock or open my doors even to start the car you struggling you have to place the the key next to ignition in order to start the car, he then said to me it's should be a key battery I will have to follow him to his workshop for him to change the battery for me, i then followed him to his workshop that same night and when we got the he changed the battery but the key still does the same thing doesn't lock my doors or open them and still struggling to start, he then suggested that I should leave the cat with him to check what's wrong he will then drop me off when he's done with his other call out that he need to attend, I then rep**** by saying how about I leave with the car the we will return it to be fixed and he said it's fine but I will have to pay him full amount of R5500 that I was charged he will then pick up my car the following day to finish up his job I then did the payment of R3500 from my fnb account and R1900 from my capitec account and gave him R100 Cash I then left following the day he did not come collect my car I called him and he said he was busy he will collect Wednesday the 24th and he did come and collect the car to his workshop and later he called me and said to me he think his key that he made its faulty so he's gonna order a new key for me I said ok then then after getting a new key he called me again and said to me there's something I do not tell him I said what he said they should be Faults on my car because he did a new key but it's still not working properly, I then said sir my car was 100% there's nothing wrong with my car so I will suggest that you give me my money back and sort out my car keys since you are struggling he then said No he can not give my money back because he did some expenses on my car to the amount of R4000 + that he have to deduct even though his keys are not working on my car we started arguing and he called his friends and they started threatening me that I should leave their workshop before they beat me , I then took my car and left their workshop on Saturday night the 28th of August 2021 I arrived there around 11am and left there around 8pm with a car key that's not working properly, I then called 1 of the police officer that I know and explained the matter to him he then advised me that I should report this guy because of they've got lots of complaints about this guy lots of people are complaining about him already because he doesn't do proper job to his customers, so this morning I took my car to another Locksmith for another new key and I was told that there's nothing wrong with my car they will be able to quote me a new key that's working 100% and Locking my door and unlock and I explained the issue to them as well and they also advised that I should report this Business to my legal team and also to the Ombudsman because now I am paying another amount for another key while SRT LOCKSMITH IN VEZUBUHLE NEXT TO MIDAS SPARES already got paid for the job that's not done due to they used the wrong key on my car , When i tried to speak to him man to man he then said i should take the matter to court and threatened me by saying if i keep on texting them they will open up a case against me and apply for a protection order against me, I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE EVERYONE OUT THERE NOT TO DEAL WITH SRT LOCKSMITH RATHER GO ELSE WHERE
