Incorrect Billing Issue

Overall, good service, they are quick, responsive, and professional. I have one issue where initial garage remote setup was not installed correctly. I reported this issue 9 months into the service (as had not used remote control to activate alarm, only manual) where upon reporting issue I was told its under review - To correct issue, SRG said they would charge call out fee of R295 plus labor R500. I had no issue with call out fee but disputed R500 labor fee as installation was not done correctly to begin with. After lodging dispute, I did not hear anything from SRG and was billed for the full amount in addition to monthly premium. The case continues....
