shocking attitude!

We were in hearties for my boyfriends birthday in January the 24th,and the shocking service we received from Mark was astounding to both myself and my boyfriend.As we got in the Resturaunt we were greeted by Mark and he handed us a Menu and sat us down.Once we were ready to order,my boyfriend explained to him that we do not consume pork, where-in Mark explained that if we order a meat platter,it was possible to get non-pork ribs.We were surprised to to see a plate of pork come our from the helpful Oswald-our actual waiter.we had to debate with Mark about what he in fact had told us after we sent the plate back to kitchen in order to make the changes required to accomodate us.Mark who insisted on denying that he suggested we could have the platter with no pork put me off what was meant to be a every enjoyable evening.he is not only rude and unreliable,but also very un- accommodative to customers needs.How is a Bussiness supposed to run with a junior manager such as this.I am greatly disappointed and hope drastic measures are taken to change this mans attitude towards customers.that is no way to invite people to come again to the establishment.Unhappy customers!
