Squeaky Neat not Squeaky Neat AT ALL
Last Saturday I paid R3000 for the cleaning of my house, the package included all the windows, and electric floor polisher, cleaning inside all cabinets and floors and wiping down of walls etc.. and I was told it would include my flat on the premises. There are still dirty windows on the house & the flat is filthy, there was no electric floor polisher and I had to supply a bucket, a vacuum cleaner and step ladders (everything was supposed to come along with the service) I then complained on the day after I inspected the property only to find MANY discrepancies. I was told that someone would come through today and rectify the situation, I have had no further feedback and no one arrived. Straight up thievery.

You stated you were very pleased with the full cleaning of the house, and had done a tour (as we always request clients to do after a job). We agreed to send someone the next day to come in to finish up the “cottage” which had the window and floor undone properly, as it was already very late for the ladies to continue. You told us you will rather wait till another weekend(one week later) as you lived far.
Ms Laura I understand you are displeased at the fact that you wanted things done at your own timing, but we never refused to come in to do the outside space which we didn’t “charge you for”. I believe this is a misunderstanding and we will sort it out first thing Monday morning. Once again, we apologise for this.
