Squeaky deep klean damaged my brand new rugs leaving them soaked with dirty water, my couches were left wet and smelly because they didn’t extract the water from them.

They arrived late with no apology and left on less than an hour without completing their work. They promised to fix their mess the following day but proceeded to ignore my messages. My stuff looks worse than they found it. Zero accountability, ***s.
