Does not honour his vouchers - Wont respond and lies all the time

Bought a voucher to get a canvas printed. They have had it from 3rd December. I phoned to follow up on the 10th to see if all was done and was told that he is out the office and must send a whatsapp. I did and heard nothing. Then sent another one later and he said there was load shedding. I then burst his bubble to tell him that Eskom had not been load shedding for the past 3 days. Since then he refuses to take my call. Wont hounour my voucher and single handedly ruined my parents Christmas present. What ever you do, do not use this service provider ever!!!
