Absolutely poor service

November 2021 we were looking around for reputable pool builders and came across this company. He provided us with a quote and accepted the quote. Financially we had all the money to complete the project as we were promised a period of 2 weeks of task completion. It has been 5 weeks of hell for us!!!!!! They work when they want do as they please and demand money whenever needed but fail to complete to deliver the paid service. To date we just facing a big cement hole after paying 100% of the quoted amount for material and workers labor. There's lack of communication bi weekly a ton of excuses which resulted into broken trust and them not pitching for work!!!!!!!!!! I regret my decision made as we could've had a completed pool within 14 days with a reputable pool company that knows how to deliver customer service and is focused on completing the task.... if only we were a little more patient over the festive season I am sure we likely would've ended up with what each customer deserves and a completed pool. I wouldn't advice nor refer them to anyone as our experience is still a horrible regret, As a client needed to continuously poke for response, think of solutions and waiting over 5 weeks for a pool to be completed when financially there was no delays is pathethic to say the least!
